Nah, everyone starts somewhere. We've had complete beginners who could barely do a push-up become absolute machines. Our coaches scale everything to your level, and honestly, most people are too focused on their own workout to judge yours.

Real talk? You'll feel different in 2-3 weeks - more energy, sleeping better. Visual changes typically show up around 6-8 weeks if you're consistent and not eating garbage. Anyone promising faster results is probably selling snake oil.

Absolutely. Some folks start with personal training then move to group classes, or try MMA and realize they prefer weightlifting. We're flexible - just talk to us and we'll figure it out.

We work with people's limitations all the time - bad knees, shoulder issues, back problems, you name it. Our coaches know how to modify movements so you're still getting a killer workout without aggravating old injuries. Just be upfront about it during your consultation.
